Blumarine FW 2012: Neon Fur

Head Blumarine designer Anna Molinari sure has an eye for trends. She carries the neon color theme that is so popular right now for summer into the winter using bright orange, hot pink, sunny yellow, purplish fuschia and intense teal. Standing apart from other designers, she has decided to be bold and daring by using fluorescent Mongolian fur for the Blumarine Fall/Winter 2012 collection. Clever, fierce ... and so urban!

I would easily wear every single outfit featured in this runway show. Some of the urban jewelry pieces are over the top but do resemble some signature pieces that I already have in my jewelry wardrobe that I could easily pair with her clothing pieces. The silver metallic ankle boots are just the right touch. I am so glad that Anna Molinari is still carrying the theme of monochrome dressing into this collection from her previous fall/winter collection because I think the concept of monochrome dressing will be around for awhile.

The fierce style presented in this fashion show, however, is not for the shy, quiet girl, but instead is for the daring diva who likes to turn heads and is confident in her beauty and her sex appeal. You really have to know who you are to walk into a room wearing these bold looks.

Yes, neon in the winter in fluorescent Mongolian fur ... so fresh ... and so now!
